If your product is handcrafted to the size given by you but does not fit you (e.g. wrong ring size/wrong wrist size or chain length) please feel free to contact me directly,  So that we can discuss how we can resize your jewellery as I wish each of the pieces that I create to fit my clients perfectly. However, all courier costs will be accounted for on the client's behalf.

Nicolina Jewellery accepts returns within 14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a promo code (excluding newsletter signup).
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Nicolina Jewellery box provided.
