Production Time

Welcome to Nicolina Jewellery. We take immense pride in offering a diverse collection that caters to different tastes and preferences. All our pieces are made to order and this takes some time. To provide you with a better understanding of our production times, we have outlined them based on specific item categories below.

Please keep in mind that you will be notified once we have begun working on your handcrafted order. Additionally, any requested modifications may impact production timelines and pricing. Please note that the timelines mentioned here do not include delivery time.

5-14 Business Days All our pieces are made to order, and we kindly request that you allow us 5-14 business days for manufacturing. This timeframe accounts for most of our products. However, during holidays, such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas, our production time may increase by up to an additional five business days.

To create truly unique and customized items such as engagement rings, wedding rings/bands, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces requires meticulous craftsmanship. Therefore, the production time for bespoke pieces is estimated to be 3 weeks.

Engraved Metal Jewellery:

2-3 additional Business Days If you choose to personalize your order with engraved silver, gold, or rose-gold necklaces, rings, bracelets, or opt for metal keychains or men's accessories like tie clips or money clips, we require 2-3 additional business days for production.

We strive to keep you informed about the progress of your order throughout the production process. We want to ensure that your handcrafted piece meets your expectations and is delivered to you in a timely manner.
