Customer satisfaction is very important for us.

If any item arrived damaged or a mistake is made on our part (although rare, we are human!), please contact us right away so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible. 

Please read below for normal return & exchange policy information:

 

Q: How long do I have to Return or Exchange an item?
A: If you are unsatisfied with your Nicolina Jewellery purchase, you may return any unworn and undamaged jewellery to our shop within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please note that there is a 25% restocking fee applied to all birthstone jewelery (fee is waived if exchanging the item for another). Engraved items are non-refundable and are considered final sale items.

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
A: All custom engraved metal items and personalized items (bar and disk necklaces or pendants, bracelets, keychains, rings, tie bars, money clips, etc) are non-refundable and ineligible for returns or exchanges. Our team of engravers are highly experienced and do their best to make each piece as beautiful as possible. If for some reason you are unsatisfied otherwise, please contact us to determine if this item can be returned outside of normal protocol. 

Q: Do I have to pay shipping for my return?
A: Yes, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to our shop. We cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost packages.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Q: Do you have a jewellery warranty?
A: Yes, orders less than 60 days old are under warranty and may be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. Items that need repairs after 60 days are subject to a minimum fee of R300, not including shipping both ways. Please do not send anything back without notifying us first to discuss repair and cost options.
