Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?

Yes! We offer immediate order cancellation between 24 hours of your order being placed.

Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, so long as the order has not shipped out yet. If you would still like a refund once your order has been shipped out, you will have to initiate our standard returns process.

Do you use real gemstones?

To keep our prices low, we use a combination of natural and lab-created gemstones.  We have natural Amethyst, Garnet, Moonstone, Peridot, Topaz  and citrine.  The other gemstones in our collection are typically synthetic Aqua Marine, Emerald, Ruby, Blue Spinel and some Tormaline.  To be clear, these are natural stones which are created in a lab for consistency and brilliant colour.  These are very durable and high quality stones.  We do not use any glass or plastic in our jewellery.

Please know that there may be slight differences in colour or shape as each item is a handmade product. Stones such as Peridot, moonstone, garnet and ruby have natural inclusions and variations that make each unique.

 

Can I include a gift message?

Yes, please let me know the message you'd like to include in the text box at the checkout page.  Please limit to 70 characters or less.

 

Is the jewellery shipped in a gift box?

All the jewellery is shipped in individual Nicolina Jewellery branded boxes.
