To create your personal keepsake, we recommend including 1/4 to 1 teaspoon of ash for 1-2 items. If we dont use all the ash, it will be sent back to you along with the final piece  

This ensures that the essence of your loved one is delicately incorporated into each piece of jewellery. Simply place the measured amount of ash into a Zipseal bags, ensuring they are securely sealed. Please avoid sending containers with lids, as they have a tendency to open during transit.

Once you have securely sealed the Zipseal bags containing the ashes, kindly place them into an envelope. On the envelope, please clearly write the following details:

• Name & Surname: Provide us with your full name for identification purposes.
• Cell Number: Include a contact number where we can reach you for any necessary communication regarding your order.
• Order Number: If applicable, please include the order number associated with your purchase. This helps us ensure a seamless and accurate fulfillment process.
